Atta Ladoo 250 gms atta (flour)200 gms. Booraalmonds 50 gms vanaspati or ghee.Method: Roast almonds and pound coarsely. Heat the Pan, Add oil and add atta. Roast atta, when lightly colored and saute till fat separates. Close the Gas. Add Boora and saute well. form into ladoos and store.
