So Today’s recipe is Mushroom
Masala Recipe. I love mushroom masala with Parantha or Rice(white
rice) as Mushroom
Masala is a dry dish.
Ingredients

Button Mushroom – 1 ½ cup sliced
·
Onion – finely chopped 1 medium
·
Tomatoes – 1 medium
·
Green chilli – chopped
·
Ginger paste 1 tsb
·
Cumin seeds
·
Red chilli Powder
·
Turmeric powder
·
Cinnamon stick
·
Garam Masala
·
Salt to taste
·
Lemon juice (optional)
·
Oil – cooking
How to make mushroom masala:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Fry ginger paste.
Add onions , when onions turn brown… add tomatoes & green chillies and sauté until the moisture dries up.

Now add chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, cinnamon stick. Saute them…
When tasala is thoroughly fried, and oil comes up. Then add Diced mushrooms and salt

First fry on medium flame for 2 mints. And then cook on low heat for 10 mints and cover it.
Stir in between.
Garnish with Coriander leaves
Serve with Chapati or Rice.
