Instant uttapam (onion-tomato)
Ingredients
2 cups suji/ Rava(semolina)
1 cup curd
1 green chilli finely chopped
coriander leaves
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped oil for cooking
salt to taste
Chilli powder
Method:
•Mix the suji/Semolina, curd, coriander leaves with 1 cup water keep aside for 30-45 mints.
•Add salt.
•Prepare small pancakes on a non stick frying pan using little oil.
•Sprinkle Onion, tomatoes and green chillies
•Then turn the veg side down.
•Serve hot with chutney / Sambhar .
