Bharwa Shimla Mirch

Ingredients:

Shimla Mirch (Bell Peppers) - 6 
Boiled Aloo (Potatoes) -
Onions - 1
Ginger
Green Chillies - 2 (Finely sliced)
Dhaniya (Coriander) Powder - 2 tsp
Dhaniya
Jeera (Cumin) Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Amchur (Mango Powder) - 1 tsp
Jeera (Cumin Seeds) - 1 tsp
Rai (Mustard Seeds) - 1 tsp
Oil
Salt - as per taste
 water


Method:
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add the jeera(cumin) and Rai(Mustard) seeds, let them splutter and add onions/green chillies/ginger and fry them till onions are translucent




  • Add dhaniya, amchur, garam masala.
  • Add Potatoes & salt and cook them till its done.

  • Cut the head off the bell peppers , and remove the seeds
  • Apply small amount of oil on inside and outside of the pepper. Also, take light salt and apply it on the inside of the pepper.








  • Add 1 tsp oil on pan and add 1 cup of water.
  • Put Stuffed Bell Pepper on pan and cover the lid.
  • Cook them on medium flame and keep checking every few minutes.
